Tulip Tree
One of the first trees to bloom here in the south, the blooms are very short-lived. Fortunately we found them bursting forth in all their glory.
Tulip Tree Closeup
Backlit Daffodil
Couldn't resist this. Almost deleted it because of the slit in the top petal. My wife pointed out that beauty doesn't have to be perfect.
Camellia
Many were fading, happy to get this one.
Pink Tulips
Who can resist these beauties?
Relecting on Tulips
It's great when you get exactly the shot you want. Flowers - reflection - water spittin' frog. Cool!
Twins?
Tulips @ Bellingrath are beautiful right now. Probably not for long.
Tulip Eating an Oak Leaf
White Tulips
Them folks at Bellingrath know how to grow the posies.

Like the way these are displayed.
Peering Into the Bloom
The stigma in the middle bloom caught my eye.
Hyacinths & Hydrangea
You know, there's one in every crowd. Props… my wife spotted this misfit.
John's Panorama Bracket
Not as fancy, versatile or accurate… But it cost $0.00 and does a decent job and significantly reduces panorama parallax. (for even more info do a search in your browser)
These photos are for my photographer friends.
Search "DIY panorama brackets" for lots of ideas.
This is the result of perusing many sites then working with what I had on hand.
I misspoke, I did buy a couple wing nuts but it turned out I already had those too.

Bellingrath's Bayou Boardwalk
This is composed of 8 shots. Even with very little green, I think this is interesting.
This is composed of 11 shots. Thanks to my very expensive and fancy panorama bracket, these are probably the best panoramas I've taken.
This is 9 photos stitched together.
This is the previous panorama with four more pics stitched and added to it including the end of #22 to enable the stitch. I wasn't able to stitch all 12. Still, it gives me over 200 degrees. The Original of this is 96" x 12" @ 300dpi. Doubt I will print it.
